13.1 This Terms and Conditions enters into force, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute settlement between you (Travel Agent) and BiyaheKo/GI Philippines; If there is no reference to the relevant provisions of the law, business practices and / or industry practices are applicable.
13.2 Disputes arising from the use of BiyaheKo platform services shall be settled by negotiation between GI Philippines and the user. When negotiations fail, any party may file a lawsuit to the local court and shall be construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of the Philippines.
